Room in Vauxhall with two lovely flatmates

Hello!

We are looking a third…. flat mate to join our house! Our current housemate is going travelling, bye Felicia!

Currently it’s myself (Bradley) and I work with animals and we have the lovely Hannah, who works in mental health, so we come with animals to cuddle and mental health support.

We are looking for somebody fun to join the house, we are both part of the LGBTQ+ community and would love to have another, but wouldn’t rule out an ally.

We love to head down to the pub or have a movie night making bracelets for Taylor Swift concerts. Although we like to have fun, we are both very tidy and looking for somebody who is also respectful of this.

The boring parts

Rent - £759 (however this may increase when we renew the tenancy, last time this increased by roughly £50 each) We cannot remember the exact deposit amount - it is between 750 and 800.

Bills are not included, they come to roughly £120 a month each, this includes a cleaner who comes once a week for communal spaces

The room is a double, it comes with a bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This is the smallest room in the flat but is still a fair size.

We will be doing viewing end of August/beginning of September. The move in date is October 18th. Currently this isn’t flexible. We will try and reply to everybody but expecting a lot of interest.
