Single room available from August with a private full bathroom. The bathroom is not en-suite, but you will have exclusive use of it. The bedroom has space for a bed, dresser, cabinet and small desk.

The house has a lovely large living room and a large kitchen, as well as a back garden/patio. The house is an 8 minute walk from both Vauxhall and Oval stations, with excellent national rail, Victoria Line and Northern Line.

Current housemates are two 27 year old half American/half British guys. We’re both friendly and quiet. We don’t tend to host parties, and prefer to hang out and watch a show or cook dinner together. Let me know if you’re interested in viewing the flat and I’d be happy to show you around!
