Cosy room in beautiful Vauxhall mews house

My lovely flatmate of 3 years is now off to discover himself for a year in South America, so it's time to find a new flatmate!

**The logistics and the house**

Move in is flexible from end of August up till September 17th.

The house is a 7min walk to Oval station (Northern line) and a 10min walk to Vauxhall station (Victoria line) - so extremely well located.

Rent is £935pm, plus around £180 in bills (this may go up in winter sadly). This includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, closet and chest of drawers. I'm also selling a desk if you're interested.

The house is a recently built (2015) Mews house in a gated friendly community. It has a sunny shared living room, a big kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and a good fridge, and access to the back terrace. There is a shared bathroom, a guest toilet and an ensuite room. You'd be sharing the bathrooms with one other person (female).

**The flatmates and you**

The flatmates are myself - I work as a PM in fintech -, and Anya who works in Operations at LinkedIn. I'm a lover of cooking and have recently started a vegetable garden in the house (success remains to be seen...). Anya loves reading, gaming and Lego!

We have a lovely quiet homely house, and want to keep it that way. So we'll only consider flatmates who are very clean, respectful and friendly. This is not a party house, although the odd Halloween/birthday party is okay! We also love hosting friends for dinner occasionally.

We want this to be a home, and we're looking for someone who'll treat it as a home rather than just somewhere people live in their bedrooms. We're all busy professionals with our own lives, but we equally appreciate sitting out in the garden with a coffee on a Sunday morning or playing the odd bananagrams :)
