I sadly have to move out to go back home, so I'm looking for someone to replace me in this lovely flat!
The room is available now but I'm in no immediate rush - we want to make sure we find the right housemate to replace me 😊
About the flat:
- Spacious, furnished double room
- 3 large windows so lots of natural sunlight
- Small living room with a pull out couch
- Couple mins walk from a big Sainsburys, lots of restaurants/cafes/pubs
- Has 3 tube stops just a quick walk away: Nine Elms, Vauxhall and Stockwell (Northern and Victoria Lines)
- Vauxhall park is only 2 streets away and it doesn’t take long to walk to Battersea Park/Power Station or to get into central!
About the flatmates:
- Flo (26), works hybrid in mental health with schools - can get you NHS discounts ✨
- Amber (28), works full time in the office in fashion marketing - can help if you love boujie handbags 💕
- They enjoy going for walks/to the gym (10 min walk away if you do want to join), socialising, the occasional night out mid-week/weekends to pubs/bars but are always respectful and not noisy
We’re not a party house, like keeping things clean and tidy and equally like our own time. We’re looking for someone to align with this, of a similar age and who works hybrid or full time in the office (no full time wfh please) and who wants to be friends and not just flatmates.
