Vauxhall Double Room Sublet (end Sept - end Nov)

Reasonably priced double room available in Lambeth for 2 months (22 September to 28 November - room for negotiation within a few days).

Room is temporarily available while current tenant is overseas. This is NOT a permanent let.

The room comes furnished with bed and desk along with a wardrobe and set of draws (this storage is in the hallway right outside of the room, it might sound strange, but it works best!). We also have a loft and some room under the stairs. The house itself has all the standard amenities and includes a garden with a bbq and pizza oven.

You'll be sharing with Anna, Carina and Eloise. We are a friendly house who like to cook, and occasionally watch TV together but have our own friendship groups in London. We are all working full-time, in office or at home. We're looking for someone tidy, respectful and clean.

Great location close to good bus links, tube stations on three lines (Vauxhall, Kennington, Lambeth North), Vauxhall station, the River Thames and many parks. Also you can pretty much cycle to anywhere in central london in 20mins

Rent is 600 pm + approx. 90 bills. Band D council tax.
