We have a single room available in a 5-bed house. House has a balcony and is generally quite spacious. Can send through vids/pics of the house on request.
You’ll be sharing the house with four guys, all prior friends, who work in various professional fields. We’re generally looking for someone who’s clean, easy-going, and enjoys a friendly, social atmosphere. Easy with either gender but appreciate four lads might lend itself to a fifth!
The house is well-located, with good transport links and local amenities (Nine Elms station 5 min walk, Stockwell 10 min and Vauxhall 10 min). The room fully furnished and the rest of the house is equipped with everything you need.
Rent is competitive, and bills are split equally among us. Council tax band is E.
