- 2 minute walk from Vauxhall (Victoria line, bus station and train station)
- 10 mins walk from 9 elms/oval (northern line)
- Rent is £975 per month plus bills
You’d be living with myself, and two other boys all 25. We’ve lived here for a year/18 months and really love the house! Looking for someone like-minded tidy and respectful who would want to be friends rather than just housemates.
The house is split across 3 floors (plus a loft which we use for storage. Includes a lounge and a dining room, kitchen with washed/dryer, 2.5 bathrooms and a terrace.
We’ve furnished the house when we moved in so communal areas are all furnished. The room comes with the bed and built in storage (wardrobe and drawers)
We’re hoping to do viewings in the next couple of days so please drop a message if interested :)
