We are looking for another housemate that is looking for a sociable home rather than just a room.

Housemates: You’ll be living with Anna, Aoife and Nicholas.

Anna is 27 and works in social media for Homes and Gardens magazine, which she loves. Her biggest passion is sailing so for lots of the summer she is away sailing around the UK in a Merlin Rocket. She also loves reading which she prefers to TV.

Aoife works as a nutritionist in Waterloo. She likes cooking, dance, theatre and reading.

Nicholas likes reading, going to the gym, travelling and all sports especially football, tennis, golf.

We have the room available as the departing tenant is moving to start a new job abroad.

Bills: £107 per person per month. Includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax band D), wireless fibre broadband
Deposit required - 1 months rent

Move-in date: Available on Sunday 3rd November. We are holding chats with all of the housemates on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd October where you can meet us all and view the house.
