Lovely room to rent in Vauxhall

Hi guys,

I'm moving in with my partner so looking for someone to replace me in this house.
I've been here for three years with no complaints! The current flatmates are clean and expect someone who can care for the house like it's their own. The landlady is lovely as well.

About the room:
It's a fully furnished double bedroom in a shared flat with 3 other people (2 male, 1 female). The room comes with a bed + mattress, cupboard and dresser.
The house is set over two floors, this room being on the second floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor along with WC + sink downstairs. The main bathroom is on the second floor with a clean tub, WC and sink.
The view from the room is beautiful, especially on foggy days :)

Amenities:
Rent is £900 per month, does not include bills.
All bills (including council tax, wifi, water, electricity and heating) come to under £90 per month on top of the rent.
All household items are shared via Splitwise.
There is a weekly cleaning rota.

4 min walk to Nine Elms station, 10 min walk to Vauxhall station and bus depot (you can be at Oxford Circus in under 20 mins!)
15 min walk to US Embassy area and river walk, 30 min walk to Battersea Power Station
