Double room!

Our current flat mate is moving out in December, so we are looking for somebody to join the tenancy, which runs until October 2025, with the potential for us to renew again.

Living in the flat is bradley who worke in the animal industry and me, Hannah, who is a mental health nurse. We are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, but would also be happy for an ally to join us :)

We like to head down to the local pub together sometimes or have a movie night in the living room, but also happy to have our own space. We like to keep the flat tidy and looking for somebody who is respectful of this.

The flat is in an incredibly convenient location, very close to 2 lines - 10min walk to Vauxhall tube station (Victoria line), 15min walk to Kennington tube station (Northern line). 5min walk from the Thames, and only takes 45min to walk to Soho to see a show 💃🏻

The adult parts
Rent - £785 - this is paid on the 17th of every month
Bills - come to roughly £110 every month including a bimonthly cleaner and internet
Room- is a double, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side unit also included.

We will be doing viewings in the second week of November or until we find somebody suitable, it will be first come first serve for viewings. The move in date is flexible 2nd - 17th December.
