Single room to rent in a house in Vauxhall – available from 26/06

It's a small but clean and cosy room with small double bed, wardrobe, bedside table. The bed is 1 year old and the walls were painted last year too. It's on the ground floor and has separate bathroom next door. The bathroom has a shower and was recently renovated and would be mainly for use of the person who moves to available room (another bathroom is upstairs).

Excellent transport links – Victoria line + busses + trains (Vauxhall 5 min walk); Northern line (oval – 5 min walk); very close to shops, river, parks.
The rent is £780 (bills included) and you'll be sharing the house with another 4 people (young professionals).

We like to keep the house international. You will be sharing it with Canadians, Kiwis and Australians girls.

Looking for a flatmate (sorry room’s not available for couples) who is TIDY, sociable, around 20/30 years old, speaks well English but mostly someone who is easy to get on with.

The house has a 2 bathrooms, garden with bbq and a massive living area. It feels clean, bright and cozy.
