Spacious Room Available in Vauxhall – Take Over My Contract
I am moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy for the next 10 months, after which it transitions to a rolling contract.
Room Details:
• Comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, and a two-door wardrobe.
• I will also leave an additional clothes rail for extra storage.
• Rent: £805 per month, inclusive of bills.
• Deposit - 5 weeks of rent, will discuss this with agency. But will be probably between 900-1000£
Flat Details:
• Current flatmates are all working professionals; however, full-time students with a UK guarantor are welcome to apply.
• Please note, there is no living room, but we have a shared space that serves as a dining area, a storage room, and a space for drying laundry.
• The bathroom is currently undergoing renovations by the agency to improve the shower, but this will be resolved soon.
Move-In Details:
• The official tenancy start date is 19th December 2024, but you can move in earlier as I will be leaving next week.
Ideal Tenant:
✔️ Can provide a Share Code or proof of Right to Rent.
✔️ Can provide references.
✔️ A working professional or a full-time student with a UK guarantor.
Location:
• Conveniently located near Central London.
• A 10-minute walk to the bus stop, followed by a 25-minute bus or tube ride to Central London (Victoria or Northern Line).
• Close to Oval, Battersea, and Kennington.
