Hello,
Our flatmate is moving to Manchester so we are looking to fill her room. It is a large double with a built in wardrobe, overlooking the garden, in a 3 bedroom house in Vauxhall. It is a cosy, quiet home on a side street, and the property is pretty unique for Zone 1.
The house has a large living room, back garden and eat in kitchen, and there are three bathrooms in the property. There's also a parking space, in the unlikely event you have a car!
We are about 8 mins walk from Vauxhall Station for Victoria Line and National Rail, and 15 mins walk from Oval for the Northern Line.
We are looking for a friendly and clean flatmate to move in. Our partying days are well behind us, so we are looking for someone who treats the house more as a reprieve from the busy city, rather than as a place for afters 😊 we are both thirty something professionals, doing either 3 or 4 days in the office.
We are Lambeth council tax Band E (not sure what it will be monthly from February yet). Gas and electric works out to £54 per person per month, and water is £17 per person per month. I'm moving onto a new broadband package at the moment, price TBC.
