Double room available in Vauxhall/Oval

We're looking for a female to fill our spare bedroom long term, ideally for at least a year.

We're a really sociable household, with a couple of us being friends before we moved in together - during the week we're usually binging MIC or MAFS, and at the weekend we're either out together or hanging out with our respective friends, so we're looking for someone who would fit in with this dynamic too who wants to be friends rather than just housemates! We're also clean (the monthly cleaner helps with this too!) and easy going girls. Ideally looking for someone a similar age to us too!

The house is really spacious with an open plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom and toilet. While the bedroom is quite cozy it does have a double bed and double wardrobe, with a desk area/storage space tucked under the stairs. There's also a decent size garden that we love to sit and have drinks in in the summer! In terms of furniture staying, the bed, wardrobe, shelves and fixed desk/shelf.

It's a 5 minute walk away from Vauxhall station (train station and tube on the Victoria line zone 1), and a 7 minute walk away from Oval station (Northern line zone 2).

About us:
Georgie - 29, works in music. Usually 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home. Loves live music whether that's at a gig, a club night or a festival, particularly electronic or rock. Lived in Clapham/Tooting Bec for 3 years, but originally from Kent and moved to SE London growing up.

Megs - 29, has been working at a tech start-up for the last two years as an account manager. Most weekends you can find her out at the pub with friends or going out to various music events around London, but she also loves chilling / watching trash like Selling Sunsets.

Amy - 27, is a vet so ofc loves animals, but also loves the pub and football, as well as a night out. Originally from Coventry but she's lived in London for a few years

Jamee who's moving out lived with us for 2 and a half years, and is moving further out of London closer to her work with cheaper rent, she'll be very missed :(

Bills are around £120 a month, including energy, water, council tax, wifi and a monthly cleaner.
