We have a large, bright double bedroom (king size bed) available in our flat from 26 February 2025 as our beloved housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. We are looking for someone to sign for 12 months as our lease ends on 26 Feb 2026, but there is the option to look at extending. There is also some flexibility on move in date.

We live on the top two floors of a terraced house, tucked away on a residential street near Nine Elms (8min walk) / Vauxhall (10min walk) / Oval (12min walk) area. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed with under-bed storage, and an optional desk. We have a communal kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms (two showers and a coveted bath).

You would be sharing with 2 professional girls, aged 29-30 (professional meaning we hold down steady 9-5 jobs as opposed to any suggestion that we know what we are doing). We WFH 1 day a week, and are out and about most weekends. We're clean and tidy, making sure we are respectful of shared spaces, and so would expect the same in a new housemate. We do have a cleaner come fortnightly and this is factored into the bills.

While we would like to imagine we are living an exciting Sex and the City lifestyle, realistically our interests are far more tame and wholesome, namely tennis, collecting plants, art, being outdoors, music, oat milk, being active, and reading. We also do enjoy spending time together as a house, particularly exploring the local bars and restaurants, and our new flatmate would of course be invited to help us discover more!
