We are looking for another housemate that is looking for a sociable home rather than just a room.

Housemates: You’ll be living with Alice, Elly and Josh.

Josh is from Manchester and been living in London for 4 years. He works as a Design Manager on large architecture projects and in his free time enjoys watching (or playing) rugby, football and NFL as well as trying new baking recipes.

Alice likes cycling, running and playing social netball. She also likes baking cookies for the house! She works as an accountant in Corporate Finance.

We have the room available as the departing tenant is moving in with his partner.

Bills: £99 per person per month. Includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax band D), wireless fibre broadband
Deposit required - 1 months rent

Move-in date: Available on Sunday 4th January 2026. We are holding chats with all of the housemates on Tuesday 9th, Friday 12th and Saturday 13th December where you can meet us all and view the house.
