Hi there, we are looking for someone to fill a double room located in a great area, about 3 minutes walking distance from Vauxhall tube, train station, and bus station. 11 minute walk to Oval tube!
We are 2 professional females (engineer, lawyer), who are friends living together, and looking for a third housemate to move in with us in September.
The landlord is highly professional and takes good care of the flat. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower, sink, WC) and a kitchen/living room area. The monthly rent price does not include bills - bills would add an extra ~£100 per month. PLEASE NOTE: the deposit is actually £1155.
We are 2 female professionals who are friendly, sociable, and like keeping the flat clean. We are both respectful and quiet housemates. We would be excited to hang out as a group but are equally independent.
We are looking for someone to move in from September 13th 2025, and join a 1 year contract with the possibility of extending.
The landlord needs the new tenant to have:
- a clean credit history (a credit check will need to be carried out on the person)
- tenant to pass the rental affordability (income to be 2.5 x rent i. e. £10,000 annual rent means income of £25,000 p. a.)
- 3 months bank statements, 2 forms of id, last 3 payslips
- references from current landlord and employer
