2 lovely double rooms in a Vauxhall flat 💖🌳

We have two rooms available in our 4 bed ground floor flat near Vauxhall and Kennington. One is £985/month, one is £945/month. Deposit is the same for both, £1096. Bills come to around £100 per month each extra.

There are two bathrooms and a cosy kitchen/ living space. Both rooms are great sizes, big windows and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.
You’ll be living with 2 girls (23 and 25) (structural engineer and journalist). We’ve both lived here for one and two years, and we met on Mates Place last year. Becca loves running, run clubs, going to the theatre and drinks. Liv enjoys reading, writing, ballet, and watching movies. Easy going and chilled flat environment. But we do enjoy the occasional flat pub quiz.

Vauxhall is green, quiet, young and sporty. Vauxhall station (national rail and Victoria line), Oval (northern line) and Kennington (Northern line) are all between a 10-15 min walk from the flat. Super close to the river, and very central in general - Westminster, Waterloo, Pimlico all walkable. Also, a big Tesco nearby. Great location overall!
