Fast Wi-Fi and all the usual amenities
Rent for the whole place is £2400 as of October 2025 and your share for the large room is £1300 and bills are as follows:
Council Tax £195pm
Water £640/year (taken every 6 months)
Gas/Electric varies on the time of year but usually around £50pm in summer and £100/120pm in winter
Internet currently £75pm but will reduce when renewed
Cleaner - Don't currently have one but will get one with new tenant
Approx £200pm each
Total for your room approx £1500pm
