SUPER convenient - 2 mins walk away from Vauxhall tube, railway and bus station. 3 mins walk from Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose. 8 mins walk from giant Sainsbury superstore. 5 mins walk from river Thames.

Move-in details:
Ideal date: 22 October. Rent is £1433 excluding bills, and a deposit of £1250 required by landlord. You’ll be signing a 12 months contract with flatmate William (more about him later)

About the flat:
This flat has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and is furnished with desk, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave, all kitchen utensils etc.
Your flatmate will be William (26), a very friendly guy from France. He works in Finance and goes into the office every day. He’s really easy-going and respectful – if you meet him in the kitchen he is always down for a chat. He is social, not a party animal and never brings anyone home. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better. I’m moving flats because I’m moving in with my boyfriend and I’m going to help him find someone!
