Move-in details:
Ideal date: 22 October. Rent is £1433 excluding bills, and a deposit of £1250 required by landlord. I’m looking for someone to sign a 12 months contract with.

I’m looking for a new flatmate because my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.
