THE ROOM
Bright furnished room with direct access to a private patio – rare in this part of London. The room will be refreshed before move-in with a sofa bed and wardrobe; the existing desk can remain or be removed depending on preference. A chest of drawers and mirror are also remain - tailoring room to person.

SHARED SPACES
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate WC. All spaces are kept clean and welcoming. A professional cleaner attends weekly for communal areas, and can also clean your room if you wish.

I work full-time (7 days a week) and lead a busy life, so I value a peaceful, tidy home. I am looking for a mature, respectful professional who is mainly out during the day (not fully WFH), but open to the occasional chat or coffee/drink.
