I’m looking for someone trustworthy, neat, and respectful to sublet my room while I’m away from 16th October to 10th November.

Location: Vauxhall, London - great transport links and a lovely area. 5 minute walk to Big Ben and London Eye!

Rent: £700 for the whole period (negotiable if you’re the right fit!)

Room: Bright and comfortable double room in a friendly female-dominated flatshare (Room 3 in the video, does come with a double bed)

What I’m looking for:

• someone clean and considerate.

• respectful of the shared space and other tenants.

• no parties, no overnight guests.

• preferably female (though open to a tidy, trustworthy male if the other flatmates are comfortable).

This is ONLY A SUBLET while I’m away, so it’s perfect for someone who needs a temporary stay in London.
