Urgently looking for someone to transfer my remaining lease from 5th October to November and then continue on for at least 6 months (Oct 2025-Apr 2026 with the option to extend later) as I am leaving the UK. The space is quiet and cozy with a fully furnished kitchen, lounge, small balcony, storage space and overlooks the Thames river. You will be flatmates with a young professional woman who is a Data Engineer and therefore we strongly prefer a female tenant. The flat is in an access key secure building and has the Vauxhall station at a 2 mins walk from it. The location is great as you can walk to Victoria within 20 mins or Battersea Power station within 15 mins. BILLS for energy, WIFI, and Council Tax are not included and usually account to 200-300 GBP per person. Water bill is included in rent. The security deposit is ~1500 GBP to be paid immediately.
