The vibe is clean, calm and relaxed. I’m looking for someone who enjoys having their own space and routine, but is also happy living with another person and being considerate of each other.
Big windows give the flat lovely city & leafy views, and the overall feel is peaceful and uncluttered.

I’m in my early 30s, professional, easygoing and independent. I teach Pilates and I’m currently growing my own Pilates/body business, so life is a mixture of teaching, training, working on my business and generally trying to make more time for myself.
I’m also hoping to travel more, so I’m looking for someone who has their own life too and appreciates having a nice home to come back to.
I’m friendly and sociable, but I’m not looking for a constant housemate situation. I like my home to feel peaceful, clean and relaxed.. somewhere we can both do our own thing, while still being friendly and comfortable around each other.
Ideal lodger: female, mature, clean, tidy, considerate, independent and easygoing. Someone who wants a nice place to live rather than a big social house share.
