Hey! My housemate has unfortunately had to move out due to some personal circumstances. I’m looking for someone to replace him ASAP.
The flat is a modern, moderately sized 2 bed flat. The room itself comes with a bed, desk and large wardrobe.
A little about me: my name is Kian, I’m 26 work in the civil service and LGBTQ+ ! I prefer to be quite social, this includes going out, drinks, quizzes, weekend plans and having friends over. I like to be active and go to the gym often and also love a tv binge day.
Ideally I’m looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as housemates. I’ve got some flexibility to get to know prospective housemates before I offer the room as I want to be confident we will get on ! Previously I’ve invited people to come look at the flat and maybe go for a drink or something after :-)
I’m preferable to someone else LGBTQ+ as most of my friends are but will go mainly on vibes.
