Sadly, I’m leaving my lovely room as I’m going travelling.
The flat is a 5-minute walk from Vauxhall Station and 10 minutes from Kennington.
We’re 5 full-time professionals sharing the flat. There’s no living room, but a shared kitchen and bathroom, and we keep a weekly cleaning rota — it’s a friendly, respectful household and we’d like to keep it that way!
The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, lamp, and wardrobe.
The rest of the furniture is mine and will be removed unless we agree otherwise during the viewing.
The room is available from 13th December (flexible for a slightly later move-in, but not earlier).
£850/month – all bills included.
As I’m ending my contract early, there’s a £50 contract transfer fee, which I’d ideally like to split with the new tenant (£25 each).
We can only accept full-time professionals or full-time students with a guarantor.
