Double bedroom in Vauxhall — female flatshare

Hi, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my tenancy (end on Aug 3, 2026) in a 2-bedroom flat shared with a 23-year-old female flatmate. She is a working professional until January and after that will be a full-time student.

* Flat information *
- Large, fully furnished double bedroom with a desk and plenty of storage space.
- Shared living room, bathroom & kitchen.
- 24h concierge and security.
- View tour welcome.

* Location *
- Only 1 min walk from Vauxhall underground/bus/railway station
- Tesco Express right on doorstep, 15 min walk to Sainsbury’s and Waitrose

* Tenancy *
- Room available now, end date is Aug 3, 2026.
- Rent paid in 3 instalments every 3 months, with deadlines on Nov 4, Feb 4 and May 4.
- No agents involved.

* Rent and Bills *
- Rent: Officially priced £1700 PCM and I’m happy to offer a discount at £1250, in which I’ll cover the difference.
- Deposit: £1557.69 (put 1400 due to the limit but actually 1557 sorry)
- Bills: Not covered. Approximately £100 per month (bills + broadband).

* Council tax *
- Band F, around £250 per month.
- If you need to pay for council tax:
- The tax will be shared with your flatmate until January, after which she will be a full-time student and exempt.
- From January onwards, you will be solely responsible for council tax (there will be a 25% discount).

* Ideal Tenant *
-Looking for a clean and quiet female.
-Students welcome.
-Non smoker, no pets, no couples sorry.
-Please let your flatmate know in advance if you want to bring any guests.
