- 10/12 mins walking to Vauxhall (Victoria line), Kennington & Oval (Northern line)
- big Tesco right in front of the building

Must pass agency reference check. The current contract ends on the 19th April, likely to be extended. Move in date is asap but can be negotiable for the right fit.
I have direct contact with the landlord and never had any problems in getting things fixed.

Flat is shared with just me (27), I work in media operations for a big music label, mostly from home. I’m originally from Italy but lived here for over 8 years.
I love travelling, watching tv, cycling, reading, going to concerts and anything creative. I would never ever say no to a matcha/coffee and a walk! 💕
I’d love to have a flatmate that I can be friends with, maybe eat and have movie nights together (I'm not really a going out out person) but I also enjoy having my own space and quiet and I'm very respectful of others' personal space.😇

I really care about cleanliness and tidiness and you'd have to be okay with a few rules for shared spaces (i. e. not leaving food or trash around, keeping the kitchen clean, etc; nothing more than the basics lol).
