Subletting my room for a year

Hello everyone ✨
I’ll be subletting my room from while I am away travelling abroad.
The house has two floors. Upstairs there are 3 rooms with a shared bathroom and toilet. Downstairs is my room with its own private garden and a shared kitchen 🌸

The room will be fully furnished, though wardrobes will be cleared out. I’ll also leave bed linen, a duvet, and other essentials for your comfort 🛏️

The space is bright, warm, and peaceful, ideal for someone looking for a calm home in South West London. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line) and Oval (Northern Line) stations, offering great transport connections.

Note: Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for couples, as my flatmates prefer to keep it that way 🙏
