Lovely room in a ground floor apartment, located just few steps away from Vauxhall underground station.
The apartment has 4 lovely bedrooms and I have just decided to rent them, so no current tenants inside.
The apartment has been recently refurbished with new beds, mattresses and freshly painted.
Washing machine, clothes dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
Common areas will be also cleaned once per week by our cleaner.
Expenses are extra and will be £100 per month, including cleaning and bills.
There is a gym with pool and spa in front of the building which costs £50 a month.
The area is one of the coolest and well served.
Bus 2 and 88 are stopping literally in front of the entrance door and they serve central London h24.
