The building is right on the riverside and surrounded by cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, gym, yoga and Pilates studios, massage spots and more. Riverside walks are always peaceful and perfect if you enjoy walking or running. Battersea Power Station is only a 10 minute walk away.
The building has 24-hour concierge, a modern entrance, clean lifts, and secure underground parking which you would have to pay for.
The flat is a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment with a Juliet balcony in the living room that brings in a lovely breeze. Both the bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and heating, all included in the rent so use as much as you like!
