I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a great 3-bed flat under a minute walk from Vauxhall tube station.
Sadly I am leaving London to move back up north, and with it two amazing friends in Holly and Duncan, the other current flatmates. Both work full time and are in their mid twenties, Holly tending to work in the office 5 days a week and Duncan 2-3.
The room is a good size with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe included. I also have an Ikea shelving unit and great condition sit/stand desk which I'm willing to leave for the new tenant for free.
The flat also has a good size living room which we often watch TV together in as well as a modern kitchen and bathroom.
We've lived in the house for 2 years, the current contract runs until mid august with option to renew.
