I am sadly leaving my room in Vauxhall when the tenancy ends on the 12th February with the remaining housemates staying in the property (start date may be able to be slightly earlier). You will be added onto the contract with the other tenants.

The flat is in an amazing location in Zone 1, close to 4 tube stations with bus links nearby. Very easy to get into central London and other areas!

-Vauxhall tube station (Victoria Line) 12 minute walk
-Nine Elms tube station (Northern line) 8 minute walk
-Oval tube station (Northern line) 12 minute walk
-Stockwell tube station (Northern line) 12 minute walk

The room is a great size with plenty of storage including under the bed and is furnished (however the clothes rail and smaller grey patterned drawer is mine and won’t stay in the room).

We are looking for a professional female aged 21-24 years old.

The flat has a kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, please note there is no living room or dining table.
