Flexible rolling contract, initially for six months and notice period is one month.

They are good people and respond quickly to any concerns raised and try to look after ourselves well.

About me:
I am a medic, meaning I dont work from home. I have lived in this house for roughly 1.5 years and continue to live due to ideal commute options.

I am looking for a female flatmate only please, ideally someone from an academic background.
The only other requirement is to respect shared spaces to keep them tidy and clean after use.
