Reason for subletting: Returning to China for an internship.
Room type: One room in a 3B2B (non-ensuite) apartment.
Sublet period: Mid-April 2026 – 12 September 2026.
Subletting method: Official subletting through the king’s accommodation.
Accommodation details:
(1)One Chinese roommate and one British roommate — both are very nice girls, keep the flat clean, and are considerate about noise and quiet hours.
(2)Located on around the 20th floor, with excellent natural light, great views, and almost no noise pollution.
(3)Bills included. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, microwave, electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster. I can also leave all my kitchenware and household items (including pots, vacuum cleaner, heater, kettle, etc.).
(4)The Atlas building includes a laundry room, 24/7 reception (free parcel collection and storage), bike storage, study areas, and monthly community events.
(5)Address: 52 South Lambeth Road, London, SW8 1DT (Zone 1).
(6)Transport: A large bus stop, underground station, and train station are all within a 3-minute walk. Very convenient to get anywhere — less than 30 minutes to KCL Strand by underground, or about 35 minutes by bus.
(7)Nearby supermarkets: Plenty of options and many restaurants nearby. My regular spots include a huge Sainsbury’s (7-minute walk), a Chinese supermarket (3-minute walk), and Little Waitrose (4-minute walk).
(8)A gym including swimming pool are located in the same building as Atlas, making workouts and swimming very convenient.
