Room in Vauxhall flat

Hi! We are two women and one man (all 30 years old) looking to fill a room in our four-bed, two-bath Vauxhall flat. We’re a five-min walk to the Victoria line at Vauxhall Station and a 10-min walk to the Northern line at Oval. Plenty of green spaces, restaurants, and shops nearby.

We’re looking for someone who is a similar age (27-33 years old) who is queer friendly, tidy, and enjoys a good chat in the communal space.

The house is made up of Sunny, a journalist from the US; Kit, who is in tech and nature conservation and from Scotland; and Winnie who works in partnerships and is studying Chinese herbalism and is Scottish/Taiwanese.

Move-in is the end of March, but we can be a little flexible if you’re looking for an earlier date.

Rent is £800, and bills typically come to £130 max.
