Gorgeous bright apartment with two balcony’s

I have one smart double bedroom available to rent in a two bedroom apartment situated in Vauxhall. This top floor apartment has two private balconies and views of the river from the kitchen. There is Generous living and entertaining space and it is fully furnished to a high standard.

It is situated in Zone 1 is also only 2 minutes walk from the station/tube/bus station at Vauxhall which makes transportation almost anywhere really easy. For those that cycle, there are also Boris bikes just outside the building!

I spend the majority of my time not in London so you would have the apartment to yourself. I’m looking for a respectful professional to rent the spare room.

Please note bills are not included- I estimate bills to be £150 pcm (depending on usage).
