We are looking for a new flatmate to join the current tenancy in a 3-bed flat in Vauxhall/Oval 🙂 You will be living with 2 other professionals in their mid-late 20s, Charlotte and Nina.

The room will be available from 1st May and the contract for this year ends on 31st July, with the option to continue. The available room is £800 pm (bills excluded, around ~ £120). Deposit is £700.

🛌 The room is furnished so you will have a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
🛋️ There's a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
🚲 There is no bike storage in the apartment. We have ours in bike hangars nearby.

📍Location
- Great location with transport links. 10 min walk to Vauxhall station (night tube too), Oval, Nine Elms station (Northern line). Lots of buses around.
- 10 mins walk to the big Sainsbury's and 5 mins to Tesco express/co-op
- Also down the road from nice pubs Fentiman Arms and Canton Arms.
- There's a gym about 5 mins away.

💃 About us/you
Charlotte is from Chichester and is a data analyst in a beauty company. Nina is from Brighton and is a fundraising executive in a charity. We are looking for someone friendly, relaxed and tidy. There will also be another available room in the summer.
