Room available in a 3-bed flat in Vauxhall/Oval

We are looking for a new flatmate to join the current tenancy in a 3-bed flat in Vauxhall/Oval.

📅 Available from 1st May. The contract for this year ends on 31st July, with the option to continue. The available room is £800 pm (bills excluded, around ~ £120). Deposit is £700.

You will be living with 2 others. Charlotte (26) is from Chichester and is a data analyst in a beauty company. Nina (29) is from Brighton and is a fundraising executive in a charity. One of us, along with the person you’d be replacing, has lived here for around 5 years which shows how much we love the flat/area. However, at least one of us (possibly both) will be moving out later in the summer so we are ideally looking for someone who is comfortable with the flat dynamic evolving a bit in the next few months.

We are both easy-going and tidy and looking for someone similar who enjoys a relaxed and friendly home environment 🙂

🛌 The room is furnished so it comes with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

- Great location with transport links. 10 min walk to Vauxhall station, Oval, Nine Elms station (Northern line).
- 10 mins walk to the big Sainsbury's and 5 mins to Tesco express/co-op
- Also down the road from nice pubs Fentiman Arms and Canton Arms.
- There's a gym about 5 mins away.
