Room Available in Vauxhall

I’m (sadly) moving out of my room to live with my partner. The room is available from mid-May, but can work around when suits you. The contract runs till mid-September, but you’ll have the opportunity to sign up again.

The room 🛏️:

1 fully furnished room available, the rent is £975, bills usually come to about £130 depending on the time of year, both paid monthly.

The Flat 🏡:

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, top-floor flat.

You’ll be living with 1 girl and 1 guy, easy going and social in their early 30s - the guy often stays at his girlfriends flat, but we often go to the pub or have dinner together.

We have a huge lounge, which is great for hosting or having chilled nights in.

Location highlights 📍:

10 minute walk to Vauxhall tube (Victoria Line), train and bus station.

2 minute walk from Vauxhall Park, which is lovely for summer!

10 minute walk to Oval tube (northern line)

12 minute walk to Nine Elms tube (northern line)

10 minute walk to big Sainsbury’s at Nine Elms or Sainsbury’s local in Vauxhall - there is also a Lidl nearby.

Must be able to provide the following for the landlord:
- photo ID (copy of passport/driving licence)
- guarantor letter (if student or starting work)
- Employment letter
- last 3 wage slips 
- landlord reference
