Friendly flatshare in Vauxhall

Hey,

Unfortunately our flatmate is moving out in June with her boyfriend so we have a room available in Vauxhall.

You will be living with myself (27), David (27) and Laurence (29). We all work hybrid jobs in London so there is usually someone in the flat. We love our fitness and will often run or walk after work, gym, socialise or chill in and watch TV in the living room.

Ideally, looking for a flat mate who doesn’t just want to co live, but wants to socialise around the flat, as well as clean and tidy.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Vauxhall tube, bus and train stations. Also, a 5 minute walk to Nine Elms Station and a 10 minute walk to Oval. There are lots of good amenities close by, with bars, pubs, parks, gyms and a big Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Lidl.

The room itself is spacious and light. It is the biggest room in the flat, so great if you want to work from home. It has a bed, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. The room is £850 + £100ish for bills. We are looking for someone to move in early to mid June.
