Small Double Bedroom in Central London (Zone 1/2)

Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our little flat in Vauxhall as one of us is moving due to work.

Basics:
📍- Vauxhall / SE11
💰- Rent £815 pcm + £110 for bills (slightly more in winter)
🗓️ - Move in by 30th June latest, can be flexible with dates from 14th June
💸 - Joint tenancy agreement, however I (Gabby) pay the full rent amount to the landlord’s agents every month on behalf of the 3 of us
📄 - Our initial contract was until 29th Jan 2027, but of course this has now changed with the new legislation, so paperwork should reflect as monthly rolling

About the flat:
🏡 - Flat is bright, relatively spacious for central London, and finished to a high standard.
📦Caveats - no garden/balcony but lots of outdoor communal green space. Not a lot of storage space, but we can luckily fit a lot under the beds.
🛏️ - The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There is no desk, but there is space for a small one if you have or want to purchase one.
🛁 - One bathroom
🍽️ - All of the usual kitchen appliances, although NO dishwasher

About you:
Ideally someone of similar age, friendly, clean, and considerate - ultimately someone that we feel comfortable sharing the space with. The flat is on the slightly smaller side overall, so it’s very important for us all to be respectful of the shared space & working schedules during the week.

About us:
You’ll be living with myself and Georgia. We have all met through SpareRoom and have become good friends over time!

Georgia (29) - Northerner, I work for a Big 4 and wfh 3 days / office 2 days👩‍💻Big into my dance / electronic / indie music 🎪

Gabs (27) - I’ve been in and around London most of my life, currently working in data consulting 💻👩‍💼 Also a big electronic/dance music girl but enjoy a range of genres, also big into the gym/running, nature, etc🏃‍♀️🌳

We’re both busy girls but manage to balance time together while equally enjoying our own space / down time. We do our best to keep the flat clean & tidy and have created a lovely home we can unwind and relax in - so would like our new flatmate to match this energy 😌
