Room in Vauxhall, quiet and relax place

Hiya,

We are looking for a third person to join our Vauxhall flat. Our current flatmate is moving away to live with their partners.

The contract runs till mid-September, but you'll have the opportunity to sign up again.

The room :
1 fully furnished room available, the rent is £985, bills usually come to about £130 depending on the time of year, both paid monthly.

The Flat :
3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom, on the top-floor of a house. The living-room is on the upper floor. The room is located on the first floor.

You'll be living with 2 women, easy going and social in their early 30s. Both of us enjoy our own space, however happy to have a chat around.
One girl moved in recently, so we are keen to find someone that we will click with and have a nice and chill atmosphere. Although we enjoy the casual drinks and having friends over fome time to time, it won't be a big party house.
We have a huge lounge, which is great for hosting or having chilled nights in.

We are looking for someone (obviously) tidy and clean, who will consider the flat as a cozy home.

Move in date could be ASAP, as the room is available now, and must be before 15th of July.

Location highlights :
10 minute walk to Vauxhall tube (Victoria Line), train and bus station.
2 minute walk from Vauxhall Park, which is lovely for summer!
10 minute walk to Oval tube (northern line)
12 minute walk to Nine Elms tube (northern line)
10 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's at Nine Elms or Sainsbury's local in Vauxhall.

Must be able to provide the following for the landlord:
- photo ID (copy of passport/drivina licence)
- Guarantor letter (if student or starting work
- Employment letter
- Last 3 wage slips
- Landlord reference
