We’re looking for a friendly, tidy professional or couple to take the larger of the two bedrooms in our apartment in Pinto Tower.

The room is the larger of the two bedrooms in the apartment and comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which is not shared with anyone else.

We don’t currently have photos of the room itself, but we’ve included photos of an identical room from a higher floor in the building. We also have a video available and are happy to send it through.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of Pinto Tower and is approximately 75sqm, so it feels spacious and doesn’t have the cramped feel of many London flatshares. Residents also have access to excellent facilities including the gym, cinema room, co-working space, concierge and landscaped outdoor areas.

The location is incredibly convenient. Nine Elms Underground Station is right next door, while Vauxhall Station is only a short walk away, giving access to the Victoria Line, National Rail services and numerous bus routes. Battersea Power Station, the Thames, restaurants, cafes and bars are all within walking distance.

You’ll be living with a professional Kiwi couple (28M and 25F). We’re easy-going, respectful and keep a clean, relaxed home.

We’re open to either an individual or a couple who are tidy, considerate and easy to live with. We’d love someone who enjoys a chat and wants the flat to feel like home while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.
