Perfectly positioned 10-minute walk to Vauxhall station (Victoria line + railway + major bus station), 12-minute walk to Oval and Kennington Station (Northern line), 25-minute walk to Waterloo Station. 2-minute walk to a Tesco Superstore, 5-minute walk to the lovely Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens park and small shops on the main street.

The room has very nice south-west facing windows - you get amazing sunlight for the entire afternoon and evening. The area is also very quiet, and the council just closed off the street in front of the house to cars, which makes it even quieter. The room comes conveniently part-furnished with a double bed, bedside table, small side lamp, and wardrobe. The heating, water and wifi are excellent, and the agency that maintains the flat is very on top of things and responds quickly if there are any problems. Within the last year, we’ve had the washing machine and toaster replaced. Everything else works well.

Bills are included in the rent.

The tenancy length will be a monthly rolling tenancy, and the deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks' rent.

This is a mixed shared flat with 5 bedrooms in total, sharing one bathroom and one kitchen. Although quite small, everyone is very considerate and respectful of each other’s spaces.
