Double room in Vauxhall flat

A bright double room is available in our lovely 2 bed flat in Vauxhall. Central and well connected, it's approx a 7 minute walk from Nine Elms station (Northern line) and 10 min walk from Vauxhall station (Victoria line/National Rail) with lots of bus stops nearby. We're a short walk from the river, where there are great pubs/restaurants and not far from Little Portugal which has lots of nice cafes/wine bars. In terms of supermarkets, there is a big Sainsburys (8 minute walk away) as well as Sainsburys local/Co-op/Waitrose all very nearby.

The flat is split-level across a beautiful terraced House on Heyford Avenue, which is a nice, quiet and leafy street. We have an open plan living room and kitchen with lots of natural light. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer as well as all the usual amenities. It's a lovely shared space to cook, chill and hang out in the evenings.

The room is furnished and has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, lots of excellent shelf storage as well as a cupboard built into the wall. There is also a shelving unit just outside the room (on the landing) which can be used for additional storage. The room is big enough to fit a desk for working from home, and is on the top floor of the flat which get's wonderful views.

Bills (WiFi, energy, council tax, water) come to approx £155 a month .

We are friends from uni, have lived here for two years and love it! Our landlords are friendly and super responsive. One of us is moving out to live with her long-term boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take the spare room. I'd love to live with someone who is social and would want to hang out/go out for drinks but also respects each others space and keeps the place clean and tidy. Would be happy for a guy or girl to take the room too!

We'd be looking for someone who could move in either first or second weekend of October.
