The bedroom has a double bed, 2 large fitted wardrobes with drawers and full length mirrors, TV (freeview), desk and armchairs and bedside tables with lamps. The room has 2 sash windows so is very light and airy. The room has wifi access. The room has tea making facilities.

You have your own bathroom with full size bath, power shower, wc, basin with cupboards underneath and mirror., We supply essentials like loo rolls.

Both rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard, cleaned weekly by our long term professional cleaner who will thoroughly clean your room and change your high quality bed linen and towels weekly.

You will have use of the beautiful fitted kitchen and dining room, which opens onto a lovely garden, perfect for long summer evenings. If you wish, you may use a small sitting room with TV next to the kitchen.

The bedroom is exceptional for its size, privacy and comfort. It is in our beautiful Victorian terrace house in a Conservation area. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. On one of Oval's premier streets it is very centrally based and less than 5 minutes walk from Oval tube, close to Stockwell and Vauxhall tubes with excellent tube and bus connections (stop and end of street) meaning you can reach The City, Sloane Square, Covent Garden, Oxford Circus, Victoria and Westminster in 10 minutes maximum by public transport .

We are situated in a very quiet residential street with very little traffic passing. Nights in our street are as peaceful and quiet as being in a country village.

In addition, you have full use of the kitchen, dining room, garden and a small sitting room with WiFi and free view TV in the basement.

We do not have a washing machine as there is an excellent serviced launderette and dry cleaner a very short walk away. We do provide ironing facilities.

The rent is £800pcm - all bills included.

Please be aware this room is available Monday to Friday, though we are very symathetic to those who may need to come from Sunday nights to avoid a Monday commute. Just ask us. The room is strictly single occupancy only.
