Great little home in Vauxhall

Howdy Ya'll,

Our two wonderful housemates Bethan and Sarah are sadly moving out, but that means we have two lovely rooms to rent in our four bedroom house in Vauxhall! The house has currently two guys and two girls and we find the balance works really well for us, so we're looking for two new girls to replace the two who are leaving.

Bedroom One is situated downstairs and is £527.50 + bills a month.

Bedroom Two is upstairs and is £537.50 + bills a month.

Bills are currently averaging between £80-£120 a month (damn cost of living crisis!)

The incumbent housemates are Rhys and Lowell. Rhys (35) works in theatre, has burgeoning book collection, is an avid swimmer and cyclist, and loves a good charity shop. He is also writing the next great Irish novel, but is too humble to write that in a spare room bio. Lowell (30) is an architect who loves jazz and electronic music, foreign films and is often away on a white water kayaking trip (sorry in advance for all the weird kit left drying in the shower when I'm back!!).

We're a friendly and chilled house looking for like minded and personable people to join us! We like to socialise BUT we are NOT a party house; it's important that the house is treated like a home and a space to come back to and relax.

We love our trash TV but also our arthouse movies, so our ideal housemates should be as up for a night in watching MAFSAu as they would be for the latest MUBI release. We're not clean freaks, but it's a small space that can get messy easily, so a standard of cleanliness and tidiness is essential.

The house has a warm and cosy look to it on the inside, a new-ish bathroom (and separate WC) as well as all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, etc). We have Wifi, Cable etc. The house itself used to be a shop so has lots of character.

Travel-wise we're 8 mins walk from Vauxhall tube (Victoria line), overground and bus station, and about 10 mins walk from Oval (Northern line). Also close to the river, 20 min walk to Westminster and 30 min walk to Trafalgar sq.
