AVAILABLE JUNE 1st. A furnished double en-suite bedroom with two wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers and its own en-suite shower/bathroom available in a split-level flatshare in Vauxhall, less than 8 minutes walk from the station. The room is much bigger and spacious in naked eyes.

Current flatmate decided to move in with boyfriend. You'll be sharing with two girls and all professionals. We’ve lived together for over 4 years and get along really well, we are easy-going, friendly, respectful, and on weekends we like to grab a glass or two of wine with movies but also like our own space.

We want someone that would treat as a home rather than just a room in a shared flat.
The flat is very light and spacious with high ceilings over 2 floors, with an open plan dining/living room.
All bills are included and the flat has BT Infinity Hi-Speed Internet.
The kitchen is well equipped with fitted appliances including a washing machine, and we have a spacious communal living room.
Vauxhall Underground station (Victoria Line) , National Rail station and Bus Station (which operates services across London 24 hours a day) are a 5 minutes walk from the flat, and Northern Line stations Oval and Stockwell are both a 10-15 minutes walk away as well. Supermarkets, gyms and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk.
