Vauxhall - 2 furnished rooms in Victorian Terrace

We live in a beautiful old terrace house just down the road from Vauxhall tube (Victoria line), rail and bus station and about 15 minutes from Oval tube (Northern line).

We have the top two floors on this quiet tree-lined street. The flat comes with a spacious lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a combined bath and shower. We have a fridge/freezer, oven etc and a washer dryer provided.

There are two bedrooms available which can be let together, or let separately. We don't have a preference. One is very spacious, the other a more standard double size. Both come with a bed, mattress, and fitted cupboards for storage. The smaller room also comes with a chest of drawers that is currently in the larger room.

All the other rooms are fully furnished too. The lounge has a sofa and arm chair, a dining room table with 8 chairs, side tables, mirror and lamp.

There is a little bit of loft storage above the bathroom but it isn't too easy to get to.

You would be sharing with two friendly female young professionals. One lives in a self-contained studio upstairs but shares our bathroom. The other shares both the kitchen, bathroom and living areas.

We are looking for cheerful, friendly, considerate housemates to join this quiet and relaxed household. We can't accept smokers or pets though.

We've got a TV in the lounge and BT broadband. The rent specified includes Council tax, but not the other bills.

The room is definitely available from 1st October, but we might be able to make it available sooner if needed.
