5 weeks for the price of 4! in big house zone 1

I am looking to rent out my room until the end of my contract, there is the possibility to prolong your contract if you get on well with the flatmates, but they might prefer to pick their own flatmate candidates, so no promises on prolonging the contract!

27 squaremetres (=290 square feet) beautiful empty double rooms (has already got basic built in wardrobe and shelves), bright, close to a park, in amazing house with wooden floors, two bathroomes (both small), big kitchen / living room - you'll feel comfortable in.

Bills on top: Gas / Electricity, internet, weekly cleaner, water... around 160 pcm - this goes to flatmates directly.

Deposit payable UPFRONT: 500 GBP - If you decide to stay on and get on the contract you'll have to be prepared to go through a screening process for the landlords / agency.

Room comes unfurnished and the room has to be left the way you found it: Clean, intact and unfurnished. Everyone is leading their own lifes but sometimes a bottle of wine is shared, or a meal. It's not a must to share, but we are good at it if YOU are too :)

To be taken up from 6th December, you'll get one week of rent free because I have paid up until the 12th December already - the rent is due on 12th of each month.

I can leave you some of my furniture / duvets / sofa / shelving if you need any furniture.
